Lol. my brother always groans when he sees him ref-ing a game. He is ridiculous. You should have seen a ref at the Byrnes game a few weeks ago. He stood over the ball until both sides were set, then he'd run (like humpty dumpty would run) back to his spot....at the beginning of EVERY play. It really slowed things down.
