Ryan's First Cast

First of all, thank you everyone for all of your prayers, love and support.  Greg and have always known we are immensely blessed, but sometimes it takes a situation like this to feel it fully.

Ryan is back home and learning to cope with being stationary... not a easy thing for a 21 month old boy (named Ryan).  We have gotten goodies from church and mommy's work... lots of cool things to read and color and mold and play play play!

Ryan will be in his cast for 3 more weeks (we think it will come off on Dec 3rd).  In the meantime we will be loving on this guy at home thru the care of family, friends and the great companies that we work for.

I got to spend 24 hours with my bud Amy this weekend!! We ate & chilled & had fun with Jace's family AND hit the waves. Amy and her husband Jace gave me my very first surfing lessons (so much fun and easier that you would think) and here are the pictures to prove. I'm hooked, I'll be honest... Dude

Mag Ma

Ryan loves his next door neighbor Maggie.  They are only 5 months apart, so I can see lots of fun in the coming years... Several weeks ago Ryan and Maggie (Ryan calls her Mag Ma) had pool time at the Gaymon's.  I wasn't there, but evidently Ryan was all boy splashing around, and Maggie wasn't keen on getting her hair wet!  Oh boys and girls...  Heres a link to some of Maggie's pool parties!
